Veneer Glue - Ready-to-Use Glue Powder

Urea veneer glue is a ready-to-use mixed urea formaldehyde powder glue. When mixing it, make sure that the water temperature is not below 18° C. Otherwise, the urea glue will not be "smooth". When combined with water, it forms a smooth, ready-to-apply adhesive suitable for all veneer and crossbanding work. To avoid crack formation, the humidity within the veneer should not exceed 10 %. For the processing of large-pored veneers, the adhesive mix should be a little thicker. Moreover, it is advisable to add dyes to match the colour of the glue mix to that of the veneer.
