Product description
Rakoll Duplit AL is a PVAc glue which forms quite water-resistant joints when reacting with the hardener Duplit FL. As a two-component system, Rakoll Duplit AL and the Duplit FL hardener have quite a long pot life of approximately 5 days at normal temperatures.

- Reaches durability class D4 according to DIN EN 204 - WATT 91 > 7 N/mm²
- Mixing ratio: 100 parts by weight Duplit AL with 5 parts by weight Duplit FL hardener
Tips
Application examples for D4:
- Components for interior areas with frequent high exposure to running or condensed water / Exterior areas exposed to weather but with adequate surface coating
- Waterproof window, door or staircase bonds according to DIN EN 204 - D4
- HPL board surface bonds
- Carcass and assembly bonding with one pre-heated joint side
- High-frequency bonds
- Board gap in and block gluing of soft wood, chipboard and hard wood
- Edge coating in stationary presses with plastic laminates and solid wood strips
