Cleaners | The Right Cleaner for Every application

Gluing and cleaning - cleaning and gluing. In furniture making, shopfitting, trade fair construction and interior design, both steps are closely connected. Our numerous carpenters / cabinet makers are not only experienced in the area of adhesives, but have also gained extraordinary expertise in the matter of "cleaners". They know what's important in practice. With Teclinex One For All, they have even developed a cleaning agent on their own that is exactly meeting the requirements of tradespeople.

Manual Surface Cleaning

The manual surface cleaning includes for example the removing of glue residues, pencil strokes or felt-tip lines, and more.

Mechanical Surface Cleaning

All processes during and after mechanical edge processing as well as surface cleaning of the edgebanding machine.

Zone 1: Release Agent for the Formatting Zone

Before the jointing cutters, the release agent is sprayed along the edge of the board from above and below. It prevents hotmelt adhesive from sticking to the board surfaces. We have the following products available for this area of the machine:

Zone 2: Cooling Agent for the Glue and Pressure Zone

Right after the pressure rollers, a cooling agent ensures that the still hot adhesive joint cools down as quickly as possible. This allows the radius to be milled off cleanly in the next step. You can use the following products from our range here:

Zone 3: Lubricant for the Post-Processing Zone

To ensure that milling cutters and scraper blades work optimally in the post-processing zone, many machines have another spray point before the post-processing unit. You can fill the laboratory bottles with these products.

Zone 4: Release and Cleaning Agent for the Finishing Zone

The edged board should leave the machine clean and without residues. A cleaning agent is therefore sprayed on before the buffing discs. We offer the following products for this purpose:

Machine cleaning

Cleaning of machine units or other workshop facilities. For example cleaning of transport tracks on the edgebanding machine.

Cleaning after final assembly

Final cleaning of the finished workpiece at the customer's.

What has to be considered for further processing of cleaned surfaces?

If you plan further processing of a furniture surface, for example by lacquering it or by applying adhesive tape, it is vital that the cleaner evaporates quickly and without leaving residue. Once the cleaner has dried without any residues, you can further process the surface without difficulty.

How Cleaning Agents With an Antistatic Effect Protect Against Rapid Soiling...

Cleaners with antistatic effect protect the surface from quickly soiling again and spare you from repeated cleaning of furniture surfaces. They are therefore particularly good for final cleaning. A thin, transparent film reduces the conductivity of the surface and thus avoids the attraction of dust and dirt.
