This is How You Can Adapt Your Desktop Workspaces
A few years back, we were sitting in front of big folders and bulky computers at an even bigger and bulkier desk. Now, thanks to wireless networks and mobile devices, we need much less space at our desk. Instead, there are new requisitions: ergonomics and cosiness come to the fore. Use the increasing demand for ergonomically designed workspaces as a chance to broaden your customer group.
Sit for a While - Stand for a While
Long periods of sitting and a monotonous posture in front of the computer are anything but healthy. These are particularly bad for the back, shoulders and neck area as well as our entire circulatory system. Regular active breaks or - ideally - a height-adjustable desk provide remedy, allowing frequent changes between a sitting and standing working position. Electrically height-adjustable desks further facilitate an individual adjustment of the respective best desk height.
With the REDOCOL e-Desk table frame we offer you an extremely flexible solution for the design of height-adjustable desks. Both variants (Eco and Pro) recently received an upgrade: the e-Desk II. With the new version, the lifting column is in the middle of the base (T-shape). This offers even more stability and convenience. We want to emphasize the especially quiet motor and the convenient controls. The four different buttons on the control panel allow for adjustment of the sitting and standing heights. The control panel also has a USB charging port to charge mobile devices and a handy reminder function that motivates users to regularly switch between sitting and standing positions. A child safety mechanism prevents unintended use. The e-Desk II is available in the colours pure white, anthracite grey, traffic black and white aluminium.
The e-Desk II is available either as the Eco variant (with a two-part lifting column for table heights between 700 and 1200 mm) or the Pro variant (with a three-part lifting column for table heights between 625 and 1275 mm) and thus offers individual convenience. The e-Desk Pro II Corner is ideal if you want to create corner solutions. In case you like the C-shape of the frame better or you want to add more tables to your first generation e-Desk system, we even have a conversion kit.
New: Lockable Undermount Drawer
For additional storage space underneath the desktop we offer a matching lockable drawer. It has a felt inlay, so you can safely lock up electronic devices such as tablets or laptops after using them.
Cable management - always on the right level
With height-adjustable table frames, cable management is an issue. After all, the connecting cables have to be long enough to allow a complete elevating of the desktop. At the same time, the cables must not be in the way. We have in our range different products for an effective cable organisation.
The crossbar extension now offers a new solution for particularly long desktops. This makes it possible to create desktops with a length of 1800–2400 mm. The extension can be used for both Eco and Pro variants and is also available in all four colours.
