Heavy-Duty HybridPower Plug by Fischer
The heavy-duty HybridPower plug by Fischer (10 x 90 mm, FUS) is a steel-enforced plastic plug. It is used like a classic plastic plug, but offers certified safety in case of a fire. Thus it can even be used in public buildings without any problems.
This is made possible by combining the materials plastic and steel: the flexible plastic case molds to the drill hole wall. At the same time, the metal spikes on the inside of the dowel wedge themselves into the base material after spreading and thus offer increased safety. The HybridPower plug reaches a maximum load capacity of 462 kg.
