Always an Answer: Post-Processed Edgings

You may not need a whole roll for one project. For another, edgings with a T-bar or with a particular coating are required. In these cases, we can produce the perfect edging for your project:

Edgings From 1 Metre

For your day-to-day work, you will mostly need small amounts of different edgings. We therefore offer ABS and acrylic edgings (1 & 2 mm) from a length of just 1 metre. The advantages for you are obvious: no remaining amounts of edgings, less need for storage and thus less capital commitment, not to mention the time saved at the annual stocktaking.

Slitting

We supply edgings in many standard widths. If you require other widths for an assignment, you can order your ABS edgings, ABS thin edgings and melamine edgings in any desired width up to 100 mm. We also offer wood veneer edgings in customised widths on request. Just give us a call, we will be happy to advise you.

Fitting of a T-Bar

We supply ABS edgings from a thickness of 2 mm, upon request made-to-measure with a T-bar. This facilitates the processing on rcontours or at a construction site. Depending on their width, single or double T-bars can be applied to the edgings.

Edgings Pre-Glued with Hotmelt Adhesive

Generally, we can also offer all of our edgings pre-glued with hotmelt adhesive - if technically possible. This way, you receive even less common edging pre-glued with hotmelt adhesive and ready to install.

Zero Bondline Edgings with TPU Functional Layer

The functional layer of the edging is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), i.e. of 100 % plastic. The edgings are available in different versions, particularly made for the respective processing with modern laser, hot air or near infrared (NIR) technology.

Individual Decors

We offer the option to order ABS edgings with an individually definable decor. The ABS edgings are supplied in thicknesses of 0.4 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm, within the shortest delivery times, and as usual in small amounts.
