Description
The pneumatic air pressure sprayer can be refilled and is suitable for spraying contact glues. The pressure vessel contains a polished stainless steel replacement container to make it easy to fill the sprayable contact glue and makes cleaning after use easy.

Tip
We recommend an operating pressure of 1.1 bar for the atomiser air (left switch) and for the material pressure (right switch) 2.6 bar.The material screw (right behind the material needle) should be opened at about 4.5 revolutions and the screw for the broad spray (above the material screw) at 1.5 revolutions.Lock the operating lever on the gun with the setting screw between two applications and thus keep both the pressure vessel and hose under pressure up to the gun.The end of the suction pipe should stay in the glue. (Check glue level!)The appliance must be completely cleaned at the end of work.The suction system and the material hose in particular must be rinsed with a solvent-based cleaner.When changing glue we also recommend rinsing or cleaning the equipment.
