Description
Rakoll Duplit AL is a PVAc glue which forms quite water-resistant joints when reacting with the hardener Duplit FL. As a two-component system, Rakoll Duplit AL and the Duplit FL hardener have quite a long pot life of approximately 5 days at normal temperatures.
Product advantages
- Meets the requirements of durability group D4 according to DIN EN 204 - WATT 91 > 7 N/mm²
- Mixing ratio: 100 parts by weight of Duplit AL with 5 parts hardener Duplit FL
Tip
Application examples of D4 glues:
- Interior components with frequent long-term exposure to running or condensed water. Exterior components exposed to weather but protected by an adequate surface coating.
- Waterproof window, door or staircase bonds according to DIN EN 204 - D4
- Surface bonding of HPL boards
- Carcass and assembly gluing with one pre-heated joint side
- High-frequency bonding
- Gluing of joints in boards and block bonding of softwood, chipboard and hard wood
- Edgebanding in stationary presses with plastic laminates and solid wood strips
