The separate installation of bottom panel and flap element enables a retrofit installation of the flap. Quality classification as per EN 15828, level 2. The flaps can be aligned through adjustment of height, sides and depth. The drilling sizes in bottom panel and flap elements are the same. A firm and precise fit is ensured by three fixing screws in each of the base and flap sections. The cover edge on both parts provides a concealed wooden cutout. Without height adjustment, bottom panel and flap are flush on the inside when open. The flap hinge can only be used in conjunction with flap stays. The hinge is fastened with ø 3 x 15 mm or ø 3 x 13 mm countersunk wood screws (head diameter 6 mm).
