Description
Jowat 930.60 is for cleaning applicator units and tools which are contaminated with crosslinked PUR hotmelt adhesive. The cleaning of the melting and application unit can be obtained by continuous circulation of cleaner, heated to 180 - 190 ° C. The cleaning tools, nozzles and seals made of PTFE (Teflon, Hostaflon etc.) can be disassembled and placed in a cleaning bath at 180 - 190 ° C.
Product advantages
- Depending on the amount of reacted / cross-linked hotmelt, cleaning time is about 60 minutes
- The temperature of the cleaner should not exceed 190 ° C
- Tools and disassembled parts after removal from the cleaning bath can be cooled down using water and then dried.
