Corner protection profile round with T-bar, 7.2 mm

The width of the groove depends on the board material and the profile‘s further processing. As a guideline, you can use the formula "width of T-bar minus 0.5 mm". We recommend initial test millings to determine the groove width.We recommend to make a mitre cut and glue the boards together. Then use the appropriate special cutters designed for spindle moulder or overhead router to cut a groove, and bond the profile.For production reasons on the aluminium profiles there are marks about 50 mm from the ends of the profile, due to the contact anodising process.
