Conditions of Participation for the OSTERMANN Spring Campaign 2024

A. Conditions of Participation

By participating in the aforementioned prize competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation and confirms that he/she has taken note of the Privacy Policy.

1. Participation Eligibility

The participation in the competition is free of charge. You are eligible if you are more than 18 years old and have a customer number at Rudolf Ostermann GmbH (your own or that of your company). Employees of Rudolf Ostermann GmbH and other persons involved in the implementation of the competition as well as relatives of the aforementioned persons are excluded from participation in the competition. Also excluded are persons who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation. Each customer number may only take part in the competition once. Multiple participation is excluded. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of multiple participation.

2. Participation and participation deadline

The campaign will run from 8 April 2024 at midnight to 14 April 2024 at 23:59.

3. Prizes, identifying and notifying winners

OSTERMANN service cubes must be found within the 360° tour "Natural Living" during the aforementioned campaign period. Clicking on the service cubes will lead to the appropriate form for the prize draw. All the indicated mandatory fields in the participation form must be completed in order to take part. Upon entrance of these data at Rudolf Ostermann GmbH, you will automatically participate in the prize draw. The winners will be determined by Rudolf Ostermann GmbH by means of a random draw. There are 5 main prizes to be raffled; they can be seen on the corresponding winning page. No cash payments will be made for prizes. The prize winners will be informed by email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the email notification, their claim to a prize will lapse. Rudolf Ostermann GmbH reserves the right to hold a draw for a replacement winner in these cases. The prize will be shipped at the cost of Rudolf Ostermann GmbH exclusively to the customer address stored under the customer number given by the participant on transmission of the filled-out participation form. In addition, every participant will receive a voucher for £10 / €10 off all Lamello products in the Rudolf Ostermann GmbH range. The voucher code is valid until 30 April 2024 and can only be redeemed once, on an order with a value of goods of at least £200 / €200. No resale or duplication of the voucher is permitted. If the voucher is lost there is no entitlement to any replacement.

4. Proviso Clause

Rudolf Ostermann GmbH reserves the right to change or end the prize competition at any time without prior notice or statement of reasons and to adjust the conditions of participation. This applies in particular if errors of the software and/or hardware occur and/or other technical and/or legal reasons influence or render impossible the regular and proper execution of the competition.

5. Data Protection and Consent to the Collection, Processing and Use of Personal Data

Insofar as personal data of participants are processed by Rudolf Ostermann GmbH within the scope of the prize competition, this is done exclusively within the scope of the applicable data protection provisions. You will find more detailed information on this in our company's Privacy Policy below, under www.ostermann.eu.

6. Applicable Law

The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. No legal action may be taken with regard to the performance of the prize competition, the decision on the prize and the granting of the prize.
