PUR Hotmelt Adhesives
If the bonding is particularly demanding, you should change to PUR hotmelt adhesives. This reactive adhesive does not only set physically by solidifying, it reacts chemically with the humidity of the surrounding air as well as the remaining humidity in the workpiece. This crosslinking creates a particularly high heat and water resistance. Moreover, the glue line will be more resistant against solvents and cleaners. PUR is especially suitable for overpainting.

REDOCOL greenline Teclinex One For All is a surface and machine cleaner based on alcohol which can be used for all units of the edgebanding machine and ensures a perfect edging finish and milling result. At the same time, the cleaner is suitable for all surfaces and edging materials and for cleaning after the final assembly. The product combines ideal gliding and release agent properties.
