Video tutorial: Alternating between EVA and PUR granules

It‘s so easy

If the bonding is particularly demanding, you should change to PUR hotmelt adhesives. This reactive adhesive not only sets physically by solidifying, it reacts chemically with the humidity of the surrounding air as well as the remaining humidity in the workpiece. This crosslinking creates a particularly high heat and water resistance. Moreover, the glue line will be more resistant against solvents and cleaners. PUR is especially suitable for overpainting.

If you would like to process PUR adhesives with the edgebanding machine in your workshop but are unsure on what you have to consider, a short video tutorial might help. The change from EVA to PUR hotmelt adhesive and back is presented by showing all the necessary steps. At the end of the video, tips for the cleaning of your machine are given.
